Install crew was great. Owner Craig went through great lengths to make sure system size and model would be the best fit. After inspecting rooms that typically ran about 6 degrees warmer in summer or cooler in winter,installed another vent in one room,changed duct size and trunk line work for the other. Multiple times I was told that they wanted to make sure whole house was comfortable. Problem was resolved! Installed new carrier heat pump,fan coil/ac,humidifier and air cleaner box. This was 3rd quote and others similar in price but the customer experience and concern for addressing a long time room temperature balance issue was addressed and corrected. I would highly recommend this contractor

It was a very good experience from start to finish. Chuck was the initial contact to determine our needs and provide a quote. He was very knowledgeable. No pressure. He even came out a second time (after hours) to answer questions. I obtained a total of four quotes. Zoned Comfort had the best pricing and product. The installation team was on-time and had my new air conditioner installed quickly. If I need HVAC in the future I plan to use Zoned Comfort again.

Project: Install new furnace (remove 38 yr old furnace), air conditioner, and air cleaner. Did excellent and timely work , cleaned up after 1st day always wore masks and shoe protectors in the house, and completed the job in a timely fashion. Their sales rep took the time to measure, count openings, check the existing duct work, and calculate the right size needed equipment for the job. I would hire them again

I got this company to repair my geothermal furnace unit. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and did not try to take advantage of me. It was a very complicated repair that required a high level of expertise to diagnose and repair properly. I was super satisfied and highly recommend them.

Great work and service bought a carrier central system after my old unit was slowly leaking R22 refrigerant. And 150 a pound thats 300 a year to refill. Was cheaper in the long run just to replace the system.

Called and spoke with Chuck Harris. He was in my area and came out to quote me on A/C due to our 37 year old unit dying. They were onsite 2 days later to install the new unit. Which was great as these days have been in the 90's. Everyone was nice and awesome.
