Upon arriving for your point-of-sale furnace inspection, our technician found water damage inside (possibly from the secondary heat exchanger causing ignition delay and rollout), the system was vented in Cell-Core when installation calls for PVC Schedule 40, and the gas line outside of the furnace was a mix of metals causing rusting. Our upfront and transparent pricing, is based on providing the level of safe and professional service and workmanship that our customers have come to expect for over 40 years and two generations now. We provide a guarantee on all of our service, material provided, and workmanship that is truly unique in the skilled trades. In speaking with you personally on the phone yesterday (New Year’s Day), we offered to meet Dominion onsite to review our findings and make any further repairs at no additional cost. We also offered to service your hot water tank this Saturday morning at no additional cost as well.
