"The railings I purchased were put in with care. Customer service is lacking. Communication between me and the owner. Paul. consisted of set times and days. At times Paul would not show at the times we agreed and left me wondering if he would show at all. I received no phone call stating he would be late and would have to take the initiative to call and find out if he was still going to show up or not. This happened on several occasions and received. no apology for his lateness. I spent a lot of money on my railings and found this to be unacceptable. Kasper's Fabricating and Design made me feel as though they did not care about my time. On the initial install date I had to reschedule an appointment I had because Paul was 1 hour late and did not even call. Honestly, I cannot recommend this company as they don't feel the customer's time is valuable. Being that they had five star ratings I thought I had the right company, for me that was not the case."
