Paul came and explained their process to us and was able to quote us the cost of the project in the same appointment. Not knowing what to expect in the way of what the price was going to be, but the final job was nice. We were having a holiday picnic, and we were hoping for the rail to be installed prior to the event. We thank Kasper for making it happen by getting the rail installed just in time for our function. Paul and Fred were great to work with. They were flexible with my schedule. They removed old rusted railings and installed railings that I purchased on my own. He was able to drill through sandstone steps that others were afraid would crack and break. Paul was very attentive to the placement of the railings. The completed job looked wonderful.
