DPS PLUMBING CO

These guys are really good. We've used them for a lot of stuff. They hauled away the debris. We've recommended them to many people. In two of our homes they've replaced 3 shower units. Tore them out and replaced them with new units. We purchased the units online and they installed. Installed all the doors. They tore out a cast iron bathtub and installed new shower. They've been around a long time.

They are pricey, but they deliver the quality and reliability for the price.

Asked around at work and someone suggested DPS. I was thrilled because someone could come out right away. I heeded to have the old kitchen faucet removed and the one I had purchased installed. Plumber showed up without any tools and had my 88 year old mother help him.

He than swapped out the tolet pump with a new model, because he told my mother that he didn' know how to fix the existing unit. The new unit made SO MUCH noise that you couldn't hear over it. I called to have him come back out and see what the problem was. He ended up putting back in my old pump, again because he admitted that he didn't know what else to do. We had already paid by check for both services. I called and left a voicemail for Ed, the owner. I believed that we were due a partial reimbursement, as I now had the old pump back due to the plumber's lack of ability/knowledge. He never returned my call and we never saw a refund check in any amount.

Being available and punctual does not make up for lack of competency. They are off my list

As always, they did a highly professional job. The installation of the pump was neat and clean, and it gives me great peace of mind if a power failure occurs. I have used DPS for many years for mostly commercial and some residential, and Dwight has always done great work. He knows the city codes and requirements to perform the work, so you don't have to worry about an inspection gone bad. They are pretty informal about appointments and pricing, but I have not been disappointed in their honesty, reliability and professional work.

I have always been very pleased with them. I think their prices are reasonable.

I have used them before for plumbing issues and they have always done a great job, been professional, and prompt. I will continue to use them for future plumbing needs.

I called them on a Friday and they called me back on Monday. They were very courteous.

They have been servicing our plumbing needs for quite a few years. The company started with just one guy and now he has added additional plumbers. This last time we called them out they didn't show up, however the y did call and re-schedule for the next day and made it out. They couldn't fix the issue at that point in time so they offered to come back on a Saturday. It was a little inconvenient but they did a good job.

CARL DECRANE WAS VERY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. HE ASSESSED THE SITUATION QUICKLY, PERFORMED THE DRAIN CLEANING THOROUGHLY, AND CHECKED HIS WORK. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL.

CARL DECRANE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND QUITE EFFICIENT IN SURVEYING THE SITUATION. SINCE THIS COMPANY WORKS WITHOUT A SECRETARY, IT WAS SOMETHING OF A CHALLENGE AT TIMES TO COMMUNICATE PROMPTLY, BUT ONCE A FIRM APPOINTMENT WAS ESTABLISHED THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND POLITE, DID A THOROUGH INSTALLATION OF GOOD QUALITY, AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARD VERY CAREFULLY.
