We are a small family owned buisness with 5 employees. We can usually do work same day or next day. No job to small. We guarantee our work for 1 year except snaking. We also will provide free estimates if needed. We have been in buisness for 13 years and work mostly by word of mouth letting our reputation for quality workmanship speak for itself.We work at an hourly rate of $95.00 for the first 30 minutes and $21.00 every quarter hour after.

He than swapped out the tolet pump with a new model, because he told my mother that he didn' know how to fix the existing unit. The new unit made SO MUCH noise that you couldn't hear over it. I called to have him come back out and see what the problem was. He ended up putting back in my old pump, again because he admitted that he didn't know what else to do. We had already paid by check for both services. I called and left a voicemail for Ed, the owner. I believed that we were due a partial reimbursement, as I now had the old pump back due to the plumber's lack of ability/knowledge. He never returned my call and we never saw a refund check in any amount.
Being available and punctual does not make up for lack of competency. They are off my list
