The precast concrete stairs that were installed by Cleveland Concrete Steps in May 2020 started to crumble in March 2022. They have very poor customer service and will give you the run around. The stairs are a hazard and we’ve contacted them multiple times and were told that they need to have multiple days with no rain in order to test the stairs to see if we put salt on them. Which we did not. Don’t waste your money!!! It’s been sunny all week and we are still waiting on them to come out. They were supposed to come but never showed up.

The precast concrete stairs that were installed by Cleveland Concrete Steps at my home in spring of 2020 started to crumble within a few months. By January of 2021 (less than a year after being installed), they have disintegrated to the point that they look like a crumbling cookie. I have to sweep up nearly a pound of crumbled concrete from the base of the stairs every few days. If I kick were to kick the stairs, they would totally turn to dust. They are a hazard and I need to keep them roped off so that nobody walks on them. I tried to contact the company and they have been giving me the runaround--claiming that they are going to do a test to see if I put salt on the stairs (which I did not). I have now been waiting on the results of this "test" for weeks. When I call to get an update, I get yelled at with profanities. I implore you not to use this company. Their products are inferior and they are abuse to customers. Worst business I have ever dealt with in my life, and I am 50 years old, so that is saying a lot.

Sloppy job pouring base and cleanup. After 6 months the concrete base started to crumble. Have been calling for two months for them to come out to repair the base and have been getting the run around. Was told by Eric that they weren’t making a special trip to do the repair.

The job went great. These guys showed up on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job and were very polite and courteous. I would hire them again in a second. I will also recommend Them to all of my friends. Their professionalism was outstanding. Five stars

I highly recommend the company, the work was just beautiful, well done, completed on time and was the BEST priced. I had left and returned home and the stairs had been installed, sealed with no debris left at all.

I had an appointment scheduled and they missed their first appointment.  They showed up the next day without giving me a heads up.  They did do a good job with the steps however they did not call before showing up to put in the steps.
