Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

I I had an appt. for 8:30 am I got there a little before they took me soon after my arrival and it took about 45min.

They asked if I wanted them to check my alignment I told them

thanks for asking but I had an alignment about 3 mo. ago they were very professional.

I bought my tires there 3yrs ago and they gave me a good price and last yr. I bought a battery from Conrads and the price was good because I had checked around before buying one.. 

Conrad's Tire Express and Total Car Care are very popular. I went in for an oil change and lube cap and they said that my car needed a differential oil change and when I got home, there was a leak and it wasn't from the job that they had done, but from a job that they had done in March. I made another appointment because you can't go without an appointment, you have to wait if you do because appointments get priority. They were real nice and did not charge me for replacing the parts and then when I got home, I had another leak. Evidently they didn't put the right screw or gasket when they changed the differential oil and so I took it back and they were joking around with me that I didn't stop coming, they would have to put me on the payroll. They are very good and I am sure they are honest, I don't think they are trying to fleece me because my car is 8 years old and these things have to be done. I think their prices are in line with the community but they do stand by their work. Their communication is very good, they explain what they are doing and they always give you options and tell you if something needs to be done immediately or if it can wait. I would use them in the future, they are my people.

I had checked around online for pricing and at local retail places. Conrad's was able to get the tire I needed within one day and matched the best price. Their service was great.

Each time I go, they tell me something new is wrong and will cost me $700 again. I won't be taking my car there again. I brought my car here with a full tank of gas, and when I got it back, it was nearly empty.
