Jim was extremely responsive, coming out the day we called. This was no easy job getting the old pump out of the pipe, but they got it done in a remarkably short amount of time and at a very reasonable price. He was ethical, fair, professional and we couldn't be happier with the work.

I called them because I some iron in my sediment filter (filter would last 4-6 months) and concerned about iron bacteria. They came and spent a about half day providing the service as described, I paid immediately. Well water was somewhat brown after the cleaning, but that was not a surprise. Went on a two week vacation and came home to water that was darker than a Guinness. Ayers came out and examined the water. Stated it was sediment in the pressure tank, flush that and chlorinate. I ask isn't that what you were supposed to do and why did this happen after the well cleaning, his response is that there is no guarantee that his process will clean the well. My response was that making it much worse seems like negligence. Two weeks go by and sediment filters are plugging every week (see photo). Call him back, he doesn't show up the week he commits. Call him back again, and the lady answering the phone says he was down two men. He comes later in the week and tests the water and says yes, I have rust at 5ppm which is really high, but my filters are working. I asked what happened with the well cleaning to cause this problem, He said there were no guarantees. He will come back next week with a camera and see what was going on. He'd call when he had the camera and time. Shows up on a Thursday unannounced. Apparently examines the well, leaves no evidence of the exam, and tells my wife, who hasn't dealt with him, there is some evidence of iron bacteria, the problem was caused by us going on vacation, but it may be just the way it is going to be going forward and we would have to live with it. He would also talk to his supplier about other chemicals and left. Didn't talk to me, has not returned calls since.

They came out promptly and seemed very competent and knew what the problem was. I believe it was the owner's son and he worked quickly. It was a good experience. I would rate them overall an A.
