Ashley is the only contractor who could get visuals on the problem. We ended up having to go through the roof to clean everything up. With squirrel and bat droppings to boot, we ended up redoing the insulation entirely. Ashley cleaned everything up, redid the insulation, and even organized the attic better than before. She worked well with our roofer to coordinate access and repair. We liked her so much that we also had her clean up the raccoon droppings from our shed, where she also fixed the drainage that was rotting the wood. Ashley found solutions for all our problems!"

Did get a 2 year warranty so if the issue reoccurs I will hold them to it. (If it does reoccur it will probably after the weather warms up again)"
