"It was easy for me. Mark was working at a neighbor's house the day after the storm. He came and looked at my house and explained what needed to happen. The tree branch was finally taken off the powerlines a week after the storm on a Sunday. Mark was again working at the neighbor's and I asked if he could fix the powerline on Monday.
