The owner of the place was the gentleman that we were dealing with for the vast majority of the transaction and he took some carpet that we had collected in our searches in the local areas and he took those, the ones that we said we like, and he went, did his best to match them, to see if he could come up with a match. He did a really good job. We ended up buying about 200 square feet of carpet. We told them that we wanted it installed about a month from then, and I called them back like three weeks and told them exactly the date. They came in. They installed it. They're in and out. "Installation manager Steve and assistant Dawn O'Neil came to our residence December 30, 2015 & provided estimate on new floors ($4,509.27) & also an estimate on stretching some existing carpeting in two areas  ($184.95). We called February 5, 2016 requesting they come to stretch the carpeting.  We would  consider the new floors at at later date.
On the phone call to order the job, Steve indicated that it was "company policy" to get half of the money----$92.47--- upfront, over the phone, before they would return to stretch the carpeting.
 I told him I would pay him in full as soon as they showed up at the house---even offered $190----but since there were no materials involved for them to purchase, we would  pay in full when they show up, even before they start the job..  He refused to do that, so we cancelled the order. 
Instead of possibly spending $4,509.27 later---which would have been a distinct possibility---we won't deal with this company now...... We feel they may have just "cut off their nose to spite their face" because of this lack of flexibility in dealing with us

I saw company's phone number on a van driving on a high way. I called and Jack- the owner picked up the phone immediately.

He came out to my house with in 3 days and provided me his estimate. He brought me a bunch

of samples and he found an amazing match. I was concerned about the mess and construction. He reassured me this would be no problem and the job  was going to be done right. I had questions through out all the job and he was very responsive and always very friendly about all my requests.

They came to put in the floors and it was the best experience. Everyone was very professional and they took great care of my home. The floors look amazing and I do not believe I could have found any one company better.
