It was not so good. They did a no show on me and I called Angie's List and they told me who to contact that they have contacted them and let him know, and Angie's List wouldn't call on my behalf. I had to call them and then they came out and when they came out, they didn't have the proper materials to do the job. They were able to cut the tiles straight, but the grout didn't match. It was the light-gray grout and they used the little darker gray and they were going to put the vinyl frame around. They had done under the sink, but it not around the edge of the sink.  It's kind of weird. I would not recommend them. It was a bad experience.

It took them forever to come out and do the work. There was nothing spectacular about them. I won't be using them again.

Process went smoothly, and was exactly what we wanted and expected.  Would recommend the company again.

We had a really bad experience with them. It took them eight months to complete the work. It took them from August until April. We had to threaten to take them to court to get them to come back and finish. Their price was fair. It took them several times to come back and fix it.

The merchant and installer were approachable and explained which tiles were durable as opposed to being "pretty."  The quality of work performed was excellent. My mother stated she would like to install the same tile in her bathroom. Job well done!!!!!

The sales staff was very nice and helpful. The installers were very good. One of the boxes of hardwood flooring had a defect so there was a delay in completing the project. The company immediately ordered the additional materials needed and installation was done promptly. I am satisfied with the job that Floorcrafters provided and appreciated the prompt follow-up they provided when defective materials were found.

Let me preface this by saying that FloorCrafters does quality work and Jeremy is a good representative for their company. I would hire them again, but my specific experience wasn't as good as it could have been. Initially, Jeremy was very punctual and informative regarding the job to be performed. Then, mysteriously, his communication and punctuality went from excellent to below-average. As it turns out, he was dealing with a significant family problem at that time. Although I understand the difficulty of the situation, it did hurt my specific experience as there were a number of mistakes, miscommunications, and delays that I felt could have been avoided. In the end, Jeremy made sure that my difficulties were taken into account on final price and the final job was done fairly well. I would recommend the company and would hire them again. Unfortunately, the timing of my project led to a rather average overall experience. But, I feel this was due to difficult circumstances and not indicative of the normal FloorCrafters experience.

Salesman was knowledgeable.  Installers were polite and quick.  I asked them to look at some of the stair steps where the carpeting seemed bunched.  They came right out and corrected the issue to my satisfaction.

They were on time and completed in the specified timeframe.

FloorCrafters not only honored the coupon on materials, they also honored it for installlation even though that was not required.  Their installers did a very professional job, and the material (which is vinyl) is holding up well.

I purchased a promotion through Angie's List so the price was excellent.  They came to do the installation at a later date.  The job took longer than they had anticipated, however they stayed until the job was done.  They didn't leave it unfinished, which I appreciated.  I would use them again.

Intalled carpet in one room of my home. The gentleman that worked in the show room was very helpful and responsive. They tried to accomodate our schedule (we were moving), but ultimately the carpet didn't arrive on time (not their fault). The only concern I had was that the gentlemen that did the install were a little less than professional - they fought between themselves the whole time and it took like 3 hours to install one room of carpet. Overall the carpet looks great and I am satisfied with my purchase.

We are not happy with them. The actual work was fine. However when invoice was written, there was a charge of $249 for nine pieces of sub flooring. The person just took two sheets and we were overcharged. He said he would not charge for the labor because of the other errors. He also said that he wouldn’t charge for the molding around the floor. I would never use them again.

Excellent response from Jeremy the salesman.  Arrived on time for estimate and was very professional.  Brought samples I had selected at store.  Went out of his way to meet my schedule for installation. Installer is an employee and not a sub which is a big plus to me.   Installer was very nice and did an excellent job.  Paid great attention to detail and clean up.  Very good experience with this company and have already recommended to a friend. 

Very good experience -- GREAT PRICE.  They're a bit off the beaten track (east of Delaware on Route 37), don't have a big fancy showroom and the sales folks aren't polished "big city" types.  But all that is good -- it means they have low overhead and it showed in their price.  We also looked at 2 of the bigger, more well known carpet stores around Powell.  Both those 2 and FloorCrafters were selling the exact same brand/line of indoor/outdoor carpet.  The difference was that FloorCrafter's price was a couple of hundred bucks less!!  So unless you want to pay more, check out these guys (they have a full line of flooring).

The main installer was outstanding -- did a great job and I felt very comfortable having him at my house.  His helper was a little rough around the edges, but was OK.

Don't know if their price on indoor carpet, wood flooring, etc is the same great bargain we got, but we definitely will be going back to check it out the next time we need flooring.

It was nice to do business with these down-to-earth, hardworking folks  instead of the big box guys.

They were supposed to start on 3/15/10. I couldn?t get the furniture moved by Monday. Jeremy the owner called me back and said they?d remove the furniture at no extra cost. The two-man crew removed out my furniture and they moved me in my bed from room to room. I am handicap, they were very considerate of me and my needs. The end bill was actually $400.00 less and they finished ahead of schedule. They were very kind and courteous. They did meticulous work and the job just turned out fantastic.

They were punctual and their pricing was very reasonable. They did a good job and I was satisfied with their service.

THE INSTALLERS WERE 3 HOURS LATE AND SUBSEQUENTLY WERE THERE INTO THE EARLY EVENING FORCING MY HUSBAND AND I TO CANCEL PREVIOUS PLANS. THE WORK ITSELF, HOWEVER, WAS VERY WELL DONE AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL PRODUCT.

VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, DID WHAT THEY PROMISED. INSTALLERS COMMUNICATED WITH ME WELL AND LEFT THE PLACE WELL CLEANED UP.

DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND WERE VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. KEPT THEIR STORE OPEN LATE FOR US TO COME AND VIEW FLOORING IN THE EVENING.

JAMIE WAS THE LEAD INSTALLER. HE DID A SUPERB JOB IN ALL RESPECTS. NEIGHBORS HAD HIM DO SIMILAR WORK, AND THEY WERE ALSO VERY PLEASED.
