"This company came to the house uncontacted. They said they would cut down my tree and strangely knew my name. They drove off to get a rope initially and came back with a small diameter yellow nylon rope. They tied it low on the tree, cut it wrong and it fell onto my house. They pretty much drove off after that and did not charge me of course but then I had to pay to get the house fixed. New gutter in front and repair of the roof. The boss has been harassing me since this occured calling me, texting cursing and calling me names I won't repeat. Tomorrow I will make a police report and report them to the city."
