"We were tremendously impressed with Virtuoso Landscaping starting with their first visit. They offered excellent advice on how to accomplish the project, but only after they asked enough questions to find out exactly what we wanted. The bidding process was honest and straightforward. We had a fairly major project where a retaining wall had to be completely demolished and rebuilt from scratch, as well as a brick stairway reconstructed. It was explained how the stairway reconstruction could be either more or less expensive depending on factors that would only become apparent as the existing stairway was taken apart. We were given both a best case and worst case scenario for how long that part of the project would take, as well as the costs. At every point in the project, we were informed as to the conditions that had to be repaired. The work required ended up being in the midpoint of the range we were given, as well as the price. None of it was cheap, but we got excellent service."

Sean responded immediately, gave us an estimate, we accepted, and he went straight to work. Not only did he and his crew do what we paid for (edging, mulching, weeding, planting grass where needed), they went above and beyond (to make everything look good), mulching around our trees, cleaning out an area of our backyard and putting in mulch and gravel, and made our fire pit area very nice. After showing us what he could do, we hired him to clean out an overgrown area along our driveway and he did an exceptional job with that as well. We are very pleased with Ground Breakers Landscaping & Demolition, especially with Sean. He is a very knowledgeable and caring individual who goes above and beyond what is expected of him. We purchased flowers from Sean, at a discount, Everything is just what we expected, and more. We will be having him, and his crew come back monthly to do the upkeep on our gardens."

He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring.
