Once the old roof shingles were torn off, it was discovered that all new plywood would need to be put down on the roof before the new shingles could go on. Otherwise, the job that was performed was absolutely excellent! The only complaints that I have are: 1 I think the workers could pick up more at the end of the day (i.e., throw away their drink cups, etc.). 2 I do not appreciate that the workers left cigarette butts in my yard, flower beds, driveway, etc. I am also a smoker, but I do not liter my yard with cigarettes. I put them in the trash. 3 Still waiting for a cosmetic issue to be addressed"

"John was quick to call back and come out for the estimate. He accompanied the workers and worked alongside them the day our roof was done. They were punctual, professional and wonderful with the cleanup. John himself in addition to being a reliable professional is also very personable. The price was fair and reasonable. "The gutters and a flat roof on our historic century home were in sad need of repair, so after some Googling,



we called Popil Roofing Company (PRC) of Brunswick OH for a consultation. The owner, Ed Popil, came out the next day, a Wednesday, and gave us a reasonable price quote. Ed and his crew returned that Saturday morning and had the new roof on by early afternoon. The gutter replacement was scheduled for the following Saturday. Ed's team did a great job installing, removing the debris and cleaning up the work site. Their friendly and professional manner was matched by the excellence of their workmanship. The new roof and gutters look great and are ready for the first of many brutal Ohio winters. We highly recommend Ed Popil and his Popil Roofing Company (RPC)."

"Overall, we are satisfied with the product and services rendered. We picked Bob because of his price and professionalism. Our roof is pretty complex and we had two skylights replaced, so the price was middle of the pack compared to the other quotes we received. Our roof looks great and the crew that came out was very professional and courteous. They worked hard, even though the weather was hitting 90 for most of the week. They also left a few extra shingles in case a storm causes damage, which I appreciate. At the end of the job, we did have to prompt the crew to do a second check for nails and staples because we saw some still lying around. Also, one of their cars left rust marks on our driveway, but they should wash out in the rain. I gave Bob a B in responsiveness because there were a couple times that he didn't get back to me quickly (via text or phone call). Everything worked out, but I would have liked to have my phone call returned the same day. I am giving a B for Punctuality because the job took 4 1/2 days rather than the estimated three. A few different companies said they could do the job in two days. The last (half) day was due to a supply shortage, a minor oversight that added more time to a job that we hoped would be done sooner."
