Victor's has an installation manager (Don) and a project manager(Gerardo) on site throughout the entire project. I was kept up to date with photos and videos of the entire installation process. Prices are high, but the quality and trust are worth it!!"

Once under contract, they fit me into their busy schedule quicker than I expected and arrived at 7 AM the appointed day with a large crew to remove and replace the roof. Excellent work, excellent clean up, and they were done before 1:30 PM the same day. Superb professionals who do high quality work."

We are a local Akron based window cleaning company. We currently have 3 employees including an owner operator. We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as cash and check. We offer monthly discounts to all our services.
"Long story short. The young man that cleaned my exterior window was on time and courteous. The windows he cleaned were done well. However, He broke one of my windows while cleaning - the window fell into the room and the interior pane was shattered. He assured me he had spoken with the office and they would take care of the repair. I spoke with the office and they also assured me this would be taken care of - They sent a glass repair man to the house he provided a quote upon hearing the price of the repair I was told by the receptionist that they would be sending another company out for a price comparison. Since then I have not heard from anyone in the company. I have left several messages and never receive a return call. I called the glass repair man and he contacted Streak Free windows. The informed him they would NOT be assuming responsibility for making the repair. This is really sad considering they told the young man at the time of the incident that this would be taken care of and not to worry. Unfortunately, I paid for the service when it was rendered in good faith that it would be repaired as I was told."
