Carl is a genuine, honest, stand up guy. He was very professional and willing to help me and work with me on repair costs. He fixed my roof damage quickly and I feel he did a great job. Karl has very bad issues when corrected or told your unhappy with the work photos and text were sent to him when i did not hear back an e mail was sent gave him a week to respond it was not till an attorney got a hold of him than he contacted me (said he never got any thing from me) I had a roofing inspectors come out and go over the work that was done photos were taken and sent to him (he was never on the job had his top notch people working) When he thought all was completed he did the walk threw (leaving a gutter guard on the roof) and again I explained to him that I was not happy he sent one of his workers out to try and repair the work the first two workers did. Wood was cut out of the roof, shingles were taken up (but of course they do not match the first set that were put on) nails were showing, ridge line looks like a kid cut them to go across the ridge (the blame was put on the way the house was built) Than I had another roof inspector come out to see the work that was done (shingles not glued, roof spongy GOD REFER TO YOUR CONTRACT BECAUSE YOU WILL HEAR ABOUT IT THROUGH OUT YOUR CONVERSATION WITH HIM. He is a good talker, when you confront him he thinks it is about money NO it is about the poor workmanship that was done. He wanted to come out an attempt to fix it again, I am done it is going to court. Never got a contract guarantee (Shame on me for trusting him I had to go on the roof to see all the mistakes, senior citizens be ware)

3rd time I personally have hired Karl, he did a great job once again! I was in a pickle as my front door handle broke, and was unable to lock. Karl fit me in on short notice, and installed the door quickly within a couple days and installed a new door and frame for me! There is no one else I d hire to do anything around my home!

I wish there had been a better eye for detail and better customer service. No followup after the final day here. It was an emergency case and I appreciate that Karl came out. He is very personable. I just wish I felt that my concerns were better addressed which he promised he would.

Very fast service. I had a crack in my living room ceiling which at closer look we discovered was due to a roof leak. Not only was my ceiling repaired but the roof problem was discovered and repaired at that time......all at a reasonable price. The service was very friendly and efficient and I plan on using Duell Action Builders for a future project as a result of their outstanding work.
