"Performing illegal fixes: I asked them to replace a whistle on my oil tank, and they didn't know how without bypassing the current ventilation and ventilating INTO THE HOUSE!!!! Needless to say this is illegal and no oil companies will deliver heating oil to your house if Carl's has done the work. DO NOT USE - TOO MANY SAFETY VIOLATIONS"
