They weren't great. They didn't do a good job. The people were really nice and worked with the schedule and stuff but the house was never left very clean.

It was a poor experience over all

When the owner came to my condo, she quoted a steep housecleaning rate of $225.00.  My condo is average size 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath,( 2,120 square feet). We have no children, 2 cats, and keep a non-smoking home.  I keep a clean house, but am working a high demanding new job as a registered nurse and decided to hire someone. We talked about this first expensive cleaning and what was expected.  I wanted my basement floor washed modestly with an old mop/rags, we had slight water damage.  She agreed to do that, clean ceiling fans, clean a lazy susan cupboard, and other chores.  She came to my house unprepared, without the proper ladder and extra help as she stated she would.  She stayed 3 hours and gave my house what I call a buff and puff. It was surface clean which would have been okay for $75.00, but for $225.00, I was expecting more or at least what was promised.  She only swept the basement, did not do the main ceiling fan in my living room claiming her ladder was not tall enough and she would do next time although when she came to my house to quote,she said no problem doing the fan.  She did not clean my lazy susan, she straightened the cereal boxes and snacks in there.  I feel "ripped off".  I was expecting to get my money's worth and I most certainly did not.

She are punctual, reliable, and fast.  I have been using her for couple of years and she pretty much does everything I ask her to do.  She is reasonable, the price is good.  The quality of work is good.
