I called Josh because he had stated that one of the goals of the company was to get back to the customer as soon as possible. I called the number at 9 o'clock on a Friday night and left a message. He called me back by 9:15. I had called a couple area fireplace businesses. It was November and the first place told me they were retiring at the end of the year. They were not interested in doing the job. The second place told me that they might be able to get to it the second week of January!! Josh told me how to check the thermocouple and he texted me the next morning to see how the test went and offered to come and check the fireplace out later that day. If the problem would have been anything other than the thermocouple my call would have been to Josh and I know the job would have been completed quickly and correctly."
