They were on time, explained everything about the fireplace, did clean work and advised me on problems that needed to be addressed for my own safety before starting a fire in the fireplace. This fireplace has not been used in some time.

Moseley’s came out to inspect my chimney. They were able to show us what they found with their camera. Turns out we had some cracks inside the chimney that could cause safety issues if not fixed.

He cleaned the chimney and was to come back to install a chimney cap. I stayed home that day. He has not returned or called.is this the way to do business?
