"Everything went very well from start to finish. When I called to schedule an appointment, my call was answered promptly and professionally. I was able to schedule an appointment for a convenient day and time early in the upcoming week, and the pricing was explained. I received a text message the next day to confirm that the service person would come on Monday. On Monday morning the service person texted to confirm that we were on his schedule; he also texted when he was on his way, and he arrived promptly. The service work was performed thoroughly and efficiently, and everything was explained well. I was given the option of having a PDF of the invoice emailed to me or having a paper copy mailed (I askedd for an email, and it arrived promptly and accurately).
