"The service went great. The technician was efficient and did a great job. He was able to fix all of the problems I had without going over the coupon price. He replaced an electrical outlet, repaired a dead outlet,  and looked at the breaker box in the garage. He spent the full 2 hours on the project. He was also very nice friendly and easy to talk with. "Brandon and his partner repaired our privacy vinyl fence and fence gate that for several years has been extremely hard to open. The vinyl fence had settled, over the years, and now had gaps where it should have been a tight privacy fence, and caused the gate to be very hard to open and close. Brandon did an excellent job removing the posts, re-cementing them into the ground, placing 4x4 wooden posts in the vinyl posts (that should have been placed when the fence was installed 9 years ago.) "We called Eagle Creek last fall to talk about replacing our patio this spring. We were provided with our options and an estimate. Davey was willing to work with us by itemizing a list of projects we were interested in so that we could prioritize what we could afford now and what we would put off for next year.
One thing we asked him to do was to inspect an area around our foundation that was leaking. He provided two options that would address the issue, and was honest about the time frame in which he could provide either service. Due to the company's commitments at that time, he acknowledged that we might need the repair sooner than he could get to it. We really appreciated that honesty. He could have strung us along just to get our business but he was taking our best interest into consideration.
Back to the patio. Davey called us late winter with an estimated date to start on our patio work. The date was earlier than we had anticipated and we were very pleased! Davey and his staff were flexible in that they accommodated last-minute changes per our request. They were all very pleasant about it and Davey made a point to let us know BEFORE the work was done that there would be an additional charge. While we expected an additional charge because we were expanding the square footage from our original plan, we appreciated that he communicated that to us before the fact rather than after.
The only issue I had is that it seemed as if we played phone tag ALL the time, which led to some minor confusion at times. However, nothing was unresolvable and I understand that it is not always easy to communicate when you are working in the field for the better part of the day.
