Jacob did a wonderful job rebuilding my fence gate and installing a new gate latch. It looks great and I'm happy that we can open the gate to go to the backyard. He was efficient and cleaned up after the installation. Thank you so much for your help!

Our split rail fence needed repairs and 2 new 5ft gates. We called Cincy Fence Repair and Jake was very prompt in scheduling time out of his busy schedule to stop by and give us a quote. Jake was very honest about asking us to replace only the rotten rails and the fence wire. Other companies had tried to convince us otherwise. Jake arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the work very efficiently. We are very satisfied with his work and will definitely recommend Cincy Fence Repair to our friends and neighbors.

My first reaction was to replace the fence new posts, rails and wire. Cincy Fence Repair came out determined that with the exception of 1 post and 1 rail the fence was sound except some wire. the post and rail would be replaced and new wire. A big saving against a new fence. The work was completed in a day. An addition to the rebuilt fence Dig Defense was install at the base of the wire, ( a first time using this product for CFR, a few snags from roots but in general the were installed in 1/2 a day) Both men were true craftsmen and hauled away all trash. The dog loves it's new boundary. Pricing was very reasonable and work ethic of both men was excellent.

We needed to have our 24 year-old Kentucky board fence removed and replaced, 570 feet of it with a 5-foot gate and an 8-foot double gate. We got bids from 4 companies, well, 3 actually. A 4.8 star rated company never bothered to reply. Another 4.7 star company, and the 3.4 star company which installed the fence 24 years ago that we thought had done a good job. And we got an estimate from Cincy Fence Repair, a 5.0 star company owned by Jacob (Jake) McQueen. Jake has been installing fences for more than 20 years, but has had his own company for only 2 years. Jake’s bid was 5 to 10 percent lower than the other 2 bids. A lower bid from a 5.0 star company seemed like a no-brainer. We give him an A++! It’s Jake and 1 helper who do all the work, and Jake is an outstanding craftsman who will build you a beautiful fence as close to perfection as you can possibly find. Both Jake and Alex are extremely mindful of your landscaping beds, garden, etc. and take great precautions to ensure there is no damage to your property. For example, our driveway and garage apron are reasonably new. We thought about dropping the lumber to build the 570 feet of fence on the garage apron. But Jake didn’t want to take a chance on damaging the apron. Outstanding craftsmen (both), super nice polite guys, incredibly beautiful job. You will NOT find a better company to hire than Cincy Fence Repair!

The job went extremely well. Jake McQueen communicated with me and delivered all he said he would. All in a timely manner.

The company was very responsive to my request. They came out to do the work as soon as the weather cleared. My gate was sagging in the middle from improper installation. On a double swing gate, I had 2 new faceboards, a new no-sag latch, and a new drop-rod installed. The cost was $300.

110 feet of Kentucky Board fence installed with gate in two days. One day for posts and one day for fence and wire mesh.This was quick considering it was end of January beginning of February. Very well built and trimmed out. Heavy duty gate hardware compared to others. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable on what fence is best for your needs.

Contractor did fantastic job installing fence as well as working with my schedule. Due to my own ineptness, i did not apply for the hoa permit before starting the install. I had to interrupt the install after the posts had been dug and put in. He worked with me with no complaint, asking me at the beginning of every week if hoa had approved, with the week of thanksgiving being the approval week. He came with his crew and put up the wire and boards in the mud, lifted and put our swing back where it had blown over, made sure to not track mud on our patio and driveway, and also made sure the fence was snug to the house to make sure our small dog would not escape. His patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile for the customer is not found easily these days and we are glad to have used this company for it. The fence itself is exactly as we ordered, and it was placed perfectly in our boundary as well. My friend from work recommended this company to me, and his recommendation was spot on.

They did a fantastic job. Showed up when they said they would and then worked like they were on a mission. The job was done quick and looks beautiful! They even brought me a new chain and clip for my gate. They did an excellent job. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Replaced an old split rail fence with a new privacy fence and it looks great. Will definitely use them again when I need additional fence repairs.
