"I have a contract with them. It doesn’t cost anything because I’m signed up for the year. The quality is very good, excellent. They’re kind of slow getting out here. They will call and tell you they’re going to be here. They call like an hour before they get here. I have used them for 20 years. I think they have to hire more people because if you are on their comfort plan, they did the air conditioning and the furnace. The air conditioning is about a month down the road and you are already in season. When they did the furnace in October or November, you are already in the season. That’s what I would say there."

"Excellent. The owner Keith was very helpful and recommended a small pump which took water from my AC and heating unit. It was an added cost but Keith didn't pressure me into the sale. I was grateful for suggesting the pump because until then I had been tripping on a rigged add on to my heating/ac unit. And, the cover for my dry vent duct that I needed to prevent more birds from building a nest inside the dryer vent. They worked in the tight space of a laundry closet to re-connect the dryer vents. I appreciated John scheduling my service appointment in two days. And, the dedication of his co-workers to get the job done."

"Met productive air duct cleaning at home and flower show.  Read reviews on Angie's List.  I was able to get an appointment and Nick and his crew were on time ( I think they were a little early).  They setup the hoses and equipment.  If you are really particular about your floors you may want to make sure to ask about how many floor coverings they have available.  We had lots of cardboard that we were able to use in addition to Progressive's floor covers.  They cleaned out all the vents and put in  a new filter once they were finished cleaning.  (I had purchased several and stored them close to the furnace).  The also talked to me a little bit about the air duct system that had been installed in the house and things to look out for in the future.
Nick has a dry sense of humor and so once you accept that he's easy to work with.
