It went wonderful. I have emphysema and Lou came with air conditioners to cool my house down until my turn new air conditioner came in! Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Wonderful. Lou came the same day couple hours later with two portable air conditioners until mine came in! I was getting a little anxious about losing my air conditioning but Lou took care of everything. He has a great team also.

It went very well. Mark is a very nice professional young man who knows his craft well. He is in contact with his boss, Lou, the minute he feels he needs advise. Lou follows up on Mark's work with a phone call and makes sure that we received topnotch service. Lou has kept our old furnace up and running for years. He returns all calls promptly no matter how busy he is. Lou also takes the time to explain everything and has passed that ability on to his staff. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

I have been using them for about 6 years and I give them all A's. I will use them again in the future.
