Litescapes Outdoor Lighting provides design and installation service of low voltage architectural and landscape lighting systems. Most outdoor lighting contractors will likely fall into one of two categories: 1. A national franchise or 2. A landscape or lawn sprinkler company. Litescapes is different since outdoor lighting is our only focus. As the owner, I am involved in every installation project. With over 30 years of experience in the green industry, I am experienced in all facets of landscape/construction and how they relate to outdoor lighting systems. We aren't burdened by constraints of a national franchise or burdened by distractions of a contractor whose focus extends beyond lighting. "3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."

"I hired Evan to install a new lawn and trusted his professional advice. He assured me that if I paid extra for 4 inches of new soil, he could guarantee healthy grass. I followed all care instructions carefully, including watering and fertilizing as recommended. Despite that, the first lawn completely died, and the second one quickly became overrun with weeds. After spending over $7,000, I was left with a patchy, dead lawn. When I reached out for help, Evan deflected responsibility and pointed me to someone else, who also didn?t resolve the issue. I even took the matter to small claims court, but Evan didn?t show up. Extremely disappointed in both the quality of the work and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable landscaper."

"The initial consultation was great. Our patio was incorrectly installed and needed to be fixed. John (the owner) and his team did a great job explaining was the errors of the original contractor. They also did a good job with the fix of the patio. The problem is that they broke our sprinkler system, our landscape lighting during the project. Once the patio fix project was complete, John did not respond to most of the text I sent regarding the damage they caused. He did fix the sprinkler system but his team also broke the landscape lighting. It was a severed line which is easy to do. I would have highly rated if they fixed the severed line but he would not respond whenever I reached out."
