Kevin was on time for my appointment and did a thorough inspection and cleaning. I am a first time home buyer and he explained everything to me and had a lot of useful information. Kevin was so helpful in choosing a new HVAC unit. The one he replaced our old one with was so much quieter than the one we had. His work was detailed. His conversation was very informative and he explained every thing really well. Most noteably, Kevin is very responsive. If you call- he calls back. Quickly. I never have to worry if he will return a call. (The furnace we used to have required many more calls than the new one.) Just recently, when turning the new AC on for the season, it did not cool the home. Literally within 10 minutes of calling, he was on the phone to me, walking me through a few quick steps to try so he could further understand the situation. All it was, was the breaker had tripped on the condenser - and one quick flip, the house was cooling again. Others would NOT have taken the time on the phone to walk through those few steps- they would have scheduled a service call and charged me to reset the breaker. Kevin is very knowledgeable, too. The previous system was old! And Unique.....he knew all of its downfalls and warned us of possible coming issues and symptoms of pending failure. He was correct on all counts which saved us from being without heat on the coldest day of the year. We are really pleased with our purchase and ongoing customer service with this company.

Kevin was timely, courteous, thorough,and very knowlegeable. He took his time to explain the whole installation. He was one of four appraisals I had, and for the product he was offering was the best price. He also was extremely neat, which was a plus to me! He fit me into his schedule even though he was booked out as were the other company's. He did a great intallation, went above and beyond what the others were suggesting. The A/C is working great! Extremely pleased!

Everything that Kevin did from the time he started to the time he finished was exemplary! He does great work and he doesn't hurt you like a lot of other people do. Very honest and engaging and will not tell you that you need something you don't. Called him at 6am for emergency on another property and he was on site by 9:30.

Came out within 30 minutes of my call to restart my old furnace. He did only the work I wanted , very efficiently and very neatly, at a great price! This has been my best experience with an HVAC contractor. Kevin Ditto is a very conscientious worker. (I ultimately decided to have him replace my furnace.)

Excellent Service/Excellent System/Excellent Price. Needed new A/C & Heating unit. A/C quit on the hottest week of the Summer (and I'm sure one of the busiest weeks of the Summer for all HVAC contractors) and Kevin Ditto provided excellent service in a timely manner and we were up and running in a few days. He kept us informed of his time schedule and also was very informative during and after installation to insure we knew everything about the new system/units. Thank you Kevin!!!

Really great service and extremely timely. Works hard every minute during the service call. Only took a few minutes to figure out the problem and had the needed part on his truck. I just found the perfect service for all my HVAC needs for the future.

Excellent system! On a 90-degree Saturday, my AC died. Did a search for local AC repair companies and HomeAdvisor came up. I put in a couple of details and was immediately connected by phone to Kevin Ditto, who came over within 90 minutes and replaced the part. I didn't think I had any hope of repair on such short notice. Kevin was prompt, professional and polite. The only thing I would wish is that the capacitor he installed had a warranty. Highly recommended.
