We have over 20 years in the Remodel and New Construction industry. What sets us apart from other General Contractors is we assist with helping the customer with what we call value engineering. What we mean by this is we will sit down with a customer and assist them with designing the project to their likening and along the way we suggest materials to use and ways to build what they want to get the best bang for their buck. We have blown customers away with this we are able to take a project and typically save them 10 to 15% on what other people are quoting them to do the same project.

202045805We did a beautiful remodel of a late 1960’s ranch style house. We gave it a face lift updated the colors and the flooring. New appliances and a full remodel of both bathrooms and the kitchen. We also took out a wall between the new kitchen and the dining room. It turned out amazing and they were very pleased.
