"The entire experience with Design Build was exceptional. We feel so fortunate to have selected them to complete our project. It turned out even better than expected and we enjoy it even more than anticipated. The only regret is that we didn't build it 5 years ago. David, his foreman Rick, the rest of his crews and subs were all very professional and responsive. They began the project when they said they would and were at our home every day working until it was completed. Even in freezing temperatures and snow! They were in good communication throughout the process making sure we were happy every step of the way. They've been doing this for a long time and their expertise shows, not just in the craftsmanship but in the guidance they provided to ensure we achieved our desired outcome. We've already referred them to our friends and neighbors and recommend them to anyone considering a new outdoor space."

"Yury and crew have completed 3 major projects at our home, all done to perfection including complete upgrade and remodel of two separate large indoor spaces(absolutely beautiful) and an exterior repair requiring significant deconstruction with high quality permanent and waterproof refinish. I have never had such a professional and also personable individual do any project, home repair or remodel in 43 years of home ownership. Also to state, I am no novice in construction myself, and Yury is always willing to listen to my input or suggestions and experience, even though he is extremely high quality and experienced himself. I truly respect his heritage and how he treats his co-workers and teammates. LTB is currently doing a complete overhaul, repair and upgrade of a family memberâ  s A-Frame, also impeccable to date. He will be starting another project as well for my family soon. I would be hard pressed to recommend any one other than LTB for most projects. Enough said and good luck with your own."

"Being new to the Milford area, it's so good to find a reliable, friendly local handyman business. Our project was for removing and installing 2 toilets. I set up the appointment with Rita and she sent two handymen, Dave and Moe, who were punctual, courteous and did a great job. We noticed one of the toilets was wobbly after a couple of days of installation, so I called back to get the issue resolved. Rita apologized and sent repairmen within 2 hours the same day and resolved the problem at no extra charge! We appreciate their professionalism and integrity in making sure the job is done right. My husband and I would definitely recommend All Around Joe LLC for future home repair projects."
