"Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are extremely predatory and convinced my 63 year old mother that she had to sign the contract THAT DAY, and she didn’t even understand what she was signing! The first day they were scheduled to do the job, they showed up hours late, and said they “weren’t the right crew to do the job”. We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."

"The person that did the work was careful and efficient. We are very happy with the end result. It looks like new. The odor from the coating was pretty strong and took a few days to clear from our bathroom because the bathroom does not have a window that opens If we had been able to open a window in the bathroom the odor would probably have dissipated faster."

The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. He was definitely a life saver helping me out with my water tank. The service I thought was going to cost a ton of money was Penny's compared to their competitors. "Mad City was able to replace an old fiberglass shower in our basement bathroom with a custom shower enclosure. This was a tricky job because the shower sits under the stairs, but they were able to create something that fits perfectly, and gives us a more comfortable space to shower. The lead time is a little longer since they fabricate per order, but the installation was completed in a couple of days (that includes city inspections). Their crew was also very respectful of our home. Overall it was a great experience. "
