"?Evolution Drafting has been very difficult to work with. I have been passed from employee to employee, with unreturned calls and missed appointments. I am still waiting on a meeting to review the changes we want, yet I keep getting emails with their own concept of our project instead of a proper Teams or Google meeting. I was even sent an email to schedule a ?revision if needed,? which makes it feel like I am being blamed for not accepting a design we have never discussed in detail. My time is as valuable as theirs, and the lack of clear communication and follow?through has been extremely disappointing.? I understand that things happen in life, but I also know they have a phone, and a simple call, text, or email would prevent me from wasting my time waiting on them. I have already paid, and it appears I will not receive the final product until after Christmas and New Year?s. I am disappointed.? "

"Adil and his team at EA Home Repair did an amazing job transforming our sunroom, an extremely small half bath and even smaller coat/storage closet into a first floor master bedroom suite that is fully handicapped accessible and beautiful. During a very difficult time for our family, Adil, in a very short time frame, drew up plans and began the work for this project. Throughout the work, Adil was compassionate, reliable, professional, flexible and patient. He communicated effectively throughout the project. He and his team are extremely professional and respectful. The covered the floors where they would walk, covered all our furniture and cleaned up after themselves including mopping the floors every night before eating. In our old Lakewood home, when Adil came upon opportunities to change the plan to enhance the beauty and function of the space, he communicated with me and included my wishes and suggestions wherever possible. He did so while remaining on budget. In the future, when I have any work needing to be done to my home, I will always use Adil and his team at EA home Repair. West Construction is a general contractor and home remodeling company in Cleveland, OH handling kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement remodeling, and building room additions.
"We love the new bathroom layout and love having a walk-in shower. The half bath and laundry room were updated. When the job was finished, the construction manager, Frank, told us they would call us in 1 yr to see if we had any concerns and if we were pleased with the quality of the work. We began to observe numerous problems with the work. We had 1 upside down outlet, irregular tile in the shower, wall paint that stopped 1" below the ceiling, cabinets without shelves or drawers, a shower head not fastened to the wall and and uneven molding. They never called us as promised and we didn’t realize that at the time as I was in a rehab facility in Florida. I wrote to them several times after my return, detailing the problems. They sent a representative to look at the work on Feb 13. He observed the problems, made notes as to the repairs necessary and took pictures. They never called to schedule the work. I sent 2 emails inquiring as to why the work had not been scheduled and received no reply. After several emails and phone calls, a 2nd representative came to the house on May 9 and documented the numerous concerns. His comments to us included, "this tile job (shower) looks like ****" and "this is the worst paint touch up job (laundry room) I have ever seen". He attempted to repair the upside down outlet in the master bath, but when we tried to use it later, it sunk into the wall. We had to hire an electrician to repair it as we could not wait to have a functional outlet in the master bath. The electrician said the box was not fastened correctly to the stud. He repaired it the best way possible, but it is still a little loose. The construction representative was going to schedule the repairs, but has never called to do so."
