Adil and his team at EA Home Repair did an amazing job transforming our sunroom, an extremely small half bath and even smaller coat/storage closet into a first floor master bedroom suite that is fully handicapped accessible and beautiful. During a very difficult time for our family, Adil, in a very short time frame, drew up plans and began the work for this project. Throughout the work, Adil was compassionate, reliable, professional, flexible and patient. He communicated effectively throughout the project. He and his team are extremely professional and respectful. The covered the floors where they would walk, covered all our furniture and cleaned up after themselves including mopping the floors every night before eating. In our old Lakewood home, when Adil came upon opportunities to change the plan to enhance the beauty and function of the space, he communicated with me and included my wishes and suggestions wherever possible. He did so while remaining on budget. In the future, when I have any work needing to be done to my home, I will always use Adil and his team at EA home Repair. It was totally professional in every way. The finished work is beautiful and an extra support was added without solicitation and at no extra cost., The extra paint was used to paint the adjacent window boxes at no extra cost and a gutter downspout was fastened at no extra cost.

The work was well executed. The EA crew communicated through text messages when they were on the way and what they needed to get started. The work was completed over 2 days. All work was well done and to code. It was a pleasure working with Adil and his team. They were courteous and made helpful suggestions, but consulted with me before doing any work for my ok. My front steps broke on a Friday and I needed the repair done right away. EA responded to a call on Saturday and came out that day to give me an estimate. Again, excellent communication and delivery on the schedule and project completion. I highly recommend EA Home Repair and will call them again with future work. Finally, this is a local business. It was important to me to use the services of businesses in my community.

Best project to date! I plan on using this contractor for my bathroom remodel. I often find that contractors do not give reliable estimates and start and end dates. Not the case here! He started exactly when he said he would, provided great advise on materials needed. Extremely professional; you will not be disappointed. 

The provider had his employees replaced bulbs and repaired light fixtures.  I could have performed the small jobs but I had an issue with my wrist.

The contractor submitted a formal bid and detailed drawings and drew up a contract.  He pulled all the required permits and easily passed city inspections. The work included drywall installation, new doors and windows, and an electrical subpanel.  Everything was done quickly, carefully, and with utmost professionalism.  The contractor was onsite throughout the job and checked with us every step of the process to make sure all was done to our complete satisfaction.  I would recommend this contractor without reservations.

The guys from EA Home Repair were great. I contacted the owner and he was able to accommodate my schedule and come out for a free estimate. My appliances were being delivered on a Saturday and he volunteered to come out on the same day to make sure I didn't have to go long without a dishwasher. 
He texted me early Saturday morning to let me know what time he's be able to arrive. They showed up on time and were very progressional. There were some unexpected issues and the delivery guys were sort of knuckle heads but he worked around it and did exceptional work. I'd highly recommend these guys and most definitely use them again.

Successfully  corrected all property county violations and patiently communicated with county inspectors to achieve compliance. Also repaired all water damages and plumbing issue. Did not ask for any additional fees for generating needed CAD drawings and extra time spent to attend final county inspections.

Outstanding work quality. The provided did every thing right, including keeping the construction mess to the minimum. Wife is very happy with the unique bath wood work designed by the owner, who is an architect with a master degree.

The repirs were completed in a timely manner.  The company owner was on site every day to assure work quality.  The contractor made sure all concerns and details were addressed, including explaining to the neigbours the nature of the repair and steps he did take to repair thier lawn. The owner is a brilliant guy who can do about anything to house.  No fuss - just clean work and professional results, very fair pricing and ease in the whole process.

Made our driveway facing side of the house much more presentable since we are listing it from out of the country! He sent me pictures and text messages updating me throughout the process which was so helpful when we live in Colorado and own a home in Ohio that we are selling. other vendors have done half the work or no showed and he was finally someone we feel like we can trust with any job! Adil installed a privacy fence around the back and side yards of our corner lot home. We have had many compliments on the fence. He gave a warranty for the fence posts in case one becomes loose which is comforting.

EA Home Repair did a great job. The owner, Adil, helped us every step of the way, he was conscientious of our time table, & he review all of our options to ensure that we stayed within our budget too! Our attic went from being a completely unfinished space to a luggurious third floor retreat with gorgeous vaulted ceilings & beautiful hardwood floors. Adil did a fantastic job with the windows and my house overall. He replaced 4 windows in 2 rooms and a bathroom. The new windows are bigger than before. The old ones were high in the wall. They made the rooms look dark. After the new ones were installed, it made a big difference. There is so much more natural light that comes into those rooms now. He also fixed various issues around the house. He fixed some outlets. Fixed some pocket doors. Installed insulation and closed off areas that had small drafts. He fixed some plumbing issues I had and various other things around the house. He would come in and clean up every day he left. I am extremely happy with the way everything turned out. I definitely would hire again.

small remodeling job. Their work was
