We are pleased with the overall appearance of our new bathroom.  It was, however, a long process.  One of our concerns before beginning the project was maintaining cleanliness in the rest of the house while the construction was happening because we have an 18 month old running around.  We discussed this with Dave and he assured us that he would take measures to keep the dust and debris out.  He did cover his walking path and hang up a couple of plastic sheets, but he made no attempt to clean up the daily buildup until about 10 days into the project and also stored tools and supplies in areas of the house that were not being worked on.  While Dave is obviously skilled at home improvements, he lacks attentiveness to detail.  His phone was also a major distraction.  Sometimes it seemed like he forgot what he was doing before it rang, resulting in unfinished work.  For example, he had to remove the new drywall in the shower area so that he could glue the walls down, which he failed to do when he first put them up, which caused them to shift and be unstable. A few days after the job was completed, we discovered that the toilet tank had not been tightened down on one side when it sprung a leak.  He also put a 4" scratch in the new laminate floor while he was installing it, which caused us to have to buy another pack of boards ($66).  While there were a lot of mistakes made, Dave was always willing to correct them.  To reiterate, we are happy with the overall job, there were just a lot of inconveniences along the way.

"Four men showed up on time, did a quality job, were very professional, answered all of my questions, and did the job right. I N/A for price because I wanted exceptional work, which I received! you cannot put a price on that! they were worth every penny! I would use them again without giving it another thought. Upon inspecting the property on February 27th, 2014 it was discovered that the previous contractor had made an attempt to repair the 4 inch main sanitary line coming from the main floor.
 It was discovered that the work previously preformed was against code and illegal. It was also discovered that none of the work preformed was primed or glued. the entire existing repair that was installed by previous contractor had to be removed. All new 4 inch schedule 40 had to be re- routed and re- done accordingly.
 In the opposing room, upon opening a patch in the floor it was discovered that the 4 inch main sanitary line where the raw sewage was pushing up through the flood had a metal tin patch laid over top of brake. This section of floor obviously had to be opened up 3 times wider and repaired with the proper schedule 40 sanitary line."

"The Liberty Air crew showed on time and began removing the old system and fabricating new duct work to fit the new system. They worked non stop for about 6.5 hours and had finished the preliminary installation of the new system. The following morning they returned and completed the outside work installing the new compressor unit and related plumbing/wiring. I was amazed by the size of the new unit, it was clearly larger than the one previously sitting on the pad. John had explained during the estimate, the the builder had installed a unit too small for the size of the home, which caused some of the problems. Liberty Air did a great job and I complemented them on their attention to details. Everything fits, the wiring is tucked away nicely and the system runs perfectly. And - I have a heated garage!"

"I've had them for probably a year. I had to have them come out once and they were very good. They were excellent. They did what they said. One of the things they fixed didn't work so well and they came back immediately. It was on a garbage disposal, but they were excellent. I haven't run into any problems. The quality of work is excellent. Nice people come out. It was fine. Everything worked out really well with them. I wish it was cheaper, but what am I going to do? It's within my reach. "We had pipe and drains that were old - from the 1950's - and needed to have them looked and and replaced in our bathroom.  We were doing most of the demo and replacement of the shower/tub - and as we did we found some issues with the pipework.  It looked like it was worked on by the privious owner of the house - just not very well done - and was too short and a bit crubly in the jointings.  Since it was already messed up we decided to have a proffesional come and fix it and bring it back up to code.James Eggert came over, on time, and was very neat and clean as he assessed, quoted and repaired the pipes.  He was quick, proffesional and matched the quote.  We had our pipes fixed and reworked in about 3 hours and it was so worth it.  The old pipes and lines were a mess!  I'm planning to use James again when I need to redo my kitchen."
