When he arrived he was very professional and got right to work. After servicing our unit and going over all the testing results with us, he made sure we fully understood everything and were comfortable with the results. He was great with our twin toddlers also, who were very interested in what he was doing. Even though it was late and we were his last stop of the day, he stayed and chatted with us and answered all our crazy HVAC questions that had nothing to do with what he was there to do.
