When we called they sent a someone right out. Our old air and furnace was 23 years old and the air unit was burnt up. They helped us out right away with a new system. We had some hot days, but they came thru and we had air-conditioning again. The installers were clean, professional and friendly, especially with our dog. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing any heating or air-conditioning.

The receptionist  told me that the person I needed to speak with was not in at the time I called, but could call me the next day. That person called promptly at 8:00 a.m. the following morning and set an appt. for that same afternoon. The technician spent 45 minutes checking many areas in our upstairs, basement, and even outside. He wrote up his results and gave them to me that same day so that we could share them with the realtor.

Obsolete radiator for a how water system needed to be removed as I am remodeling the downstairs bath. Russ removed it but had to drain the system to accomplish this. System sealed and was refilling when he decided he just better check and make sure it was refiling. Thank goodness he did, the inbound water line was completely clogged! No water to the furnace, he dismantled the line until he located the clog, opened it up and reassembled the line. No parts needed and system is now properly filling but if he would not have checked when the furnace fired, at the minimum no heat at the max burn up the furnace.

Showed up exactly on time. I have them do the yearly maintenance on my furnaces and air conditioning units every year. They are very good and are always on time and polite. I have two furnaces and two air conditioning units so I also wanted a good price which I feel they give me along with the excellent service. They were recommended to me by someone I work with and I have been very happy with them as has my coworker.

Showed up right on time. Had the part on his truck and fixed it. Very professional and polite. Was careful not to let the dog out or get mud on the white carpet.  I made another appointment for that Friday to have both the furnaces and both the air conditioning units yearly maintenance.

Generally I think they're competent and knowledgeable on products. They are punctual. They just have an understanding on what they're doing. I think they were overpriced looking at the product. The product and the labor were rolled into one price.

.Work proceeded smoothly and was completed with no problem.  Needed part was on the truck.

He did a wonderful job. He was very nice, very professional, and the price was outstanding. We have always been very satisfied with this company. I will hire them again in the future.

Morris Heating Cooling Electrical Service was great. They are always on time. They called and came a little early. They are the most prompt people. They have reasonable prices. They are just fantastic.

They have a contract, which is wonderful where they do the furnace in the winter and the air conditioner in the summer. They are amazing at responsiveness. In fact they called to see if they could come a few minutes early. They are always punctual. I've been using them for five years.

They are on time and I think they are reasonably priced. I haven’t had any problems with them.

It went pretty good. They're courteous, they're quick and they get the job done. I would use them again.

Called them at 7:45 to diagnose and repair a non functioning heat pump system on an 11 degree morning. They were here by 8:00, worked with the home warranty company to arrange a claim and payment. Had the motor in stock and replaced it immediately. They have also replaced both an outdoor condensing unit and indoor evaporator unit in my home. Outstanding service, quick response, good service and fair prices.

SO FAR EVERYTHING IS GOOD WITH THEM AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL. THEY ALWAYS SEEM VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL TOWARDS ME. THEY RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY THINK.
