"This is a follow up to my new heat pump installation in 12/2022. Everything is working great. The variable stage heat pump costs more, but it is much better than my old, basic single stage. The air handler was in my office closet, so I spent the day working from home with them working in the same room. Funny and honest techs...I actually enjoyed seeing the entire install while doing my own work. I highly recommend them!"

"We just had had to have a new furnace put in because of course when it was very cold ours went out. We called Logan and they came out the next day. Ryan was very nice he walked me through everything we would get how it worked and how much it would cost. Once we decided on what we wanted they fit us in right away. Kyle Q and Hakim were at our house all day and finished in 1 day. They were very nice cleaned up everything and the Kyle went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything! "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
