The business was started in 1978 by Frank Detmer Sr. and Frank Detmer Jr. and passed down to Eric and Matt Detmer. Today the reputation for stellar customer service continues with General Manager Matt Detmer and his brother Eric. The Detmer family’s three generations of experience paired with the helpful spirit of Ace Hardware Home Services has proven to be a winning combination, serving customers in Dayton and Springfield Ohio.
