Our previous HVAC service provider had diagnosed loss of AC cooling as a compressor failure and had quoted compressor replacement at over $3500 or even recommended replacing the matched AC & Evap Coil unit costing $5-$7K depending on the efficiency chosen. I approached Hauser for a second opinion diagnosis for loss of AC cooling and they diagnosed it as a deteriorating but not failed compressor and had it running in half an hour with a new replacement run capacitor and an add-on electrical gizmo â compressor saverâ at total cost of under $400."

"Our technician called to let me know he was running behind by about an hour. He was very apologetic and professional about the inconvenience. When he arrived he was very professional and got right to work. After servicing our unit and going over all the testing results with us, he made sure we fully understood everything and were comfortable with the results. He was great with our twin toddlers also, who were very interested in what he was doing. Even though it was late and we were his last stop of the day, he stayed and chatted with us and answered all our crazy HVAC questions that had nothing to do with what he was there to do. He was very knowledgeable about his field, was very friendly, and did a great job cleaning up our AC unit.
