I was having mold issues from condensation coming through the drywall from duct work. He came up with a solution to fix the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening again. He went above and beyond with the prepping so I never had to clean up a mess from him like I did when the previous company tore the wall down to check where the mold was coming from. He did any amazing job painting everything and even went above and beyond by helping me install a new outlet cover to the ceiling where my garage door opener plug in. Very happy with Kris and already have plenty more projects in mind to hire him for!!"

"Last year I wanted to install a new digital thermostat in my house. I bought the thermostat I wanted from Amazon. I called Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer to see if they could do this under a Groupon offer. They said they could, so I bought a Groupon For Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer for a service call plus one hour of labor. When I called back to make the appointment with Sal's, they said there would be an additional several hundred dollar charge for the thermostat. This was not revealed on the initial call. needless to say, I used a different company. But, I was still stuck with a Groupon that I could not use. So, last week a laundry drain backed up and I thought I would use the Groupon for Sal's. I called Sal's to see if they would honor the Groupon and would be able to do the job. They said yes and yes. When the technician got to the house, he said it would be an additional $350 to clean the drain. Sal's said the Groupon was good only for a house call and 1 hour of troubleshooting. The Groupon says o1 hour of labor. I will never use Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer company for anything. I would recommend you NEVER use Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer for any reason. They are unscrupulous at best!"

"The thing I liked most about this company is that when you call you actually get someone who does the work not a secretary that is there to just make an appointment for diagnosis. I had a good idea of what the issue was and was trying to decide if it was worth fixing due to the fact that the washer is 20 yrs old. Once I started shopping I realized I didn't like what was out there and it definitely was worth it to me provided it made sense to fix. It turned out that several things were wrong but all were fixed (not an easy task) and I essentially have a new machine. James and his grandfather were the best and I had an awesome time watching and learning. They are honest, responsive and reasonable in price and certainly have a wealth of knowledge behind them. I would highly recommend and would only call them if I am in need of any other repairs. "
