They are punctual, but they seem to work more in the East side now.

I live in a mobile home manufactured 1991. Problem finding the parts. Didn't take very long they keep us informed. Material $170.00 Labor $117.00.

This is going to be a rave review. Our furnace stopped working during a snowstorm. Our inside temperature
dropped to 58 degrees. We called Stovicek/ Lang heating on a Saturday, They put us on the list for repair.
We were 9th on the list but they were there within 3 hours and had the furnace working in 2 hours. Most of the 
work was covered by warranty, the part not covered was reasonable considering the off-hours work.
We even had the Service manager, Chris,come and do the work so we would not have to wait. I can't begin
to express how grateful we were for the good service. We will recommend them strongly to whoever needs
furnace or air conditioning repair.

The technician changed both filters on the furnace and the humidifier. Let me know that everything checks out and even gave me a discount on the price

They show up, are polite, do what they are supposed to do and leave. They have a 24 hour hotline. They don't break things just to fix them and have always done a great job.

I have been using them for about 7 years now. The company is always very efficient and communicate well with when they are coming. They always call and ask when I would like to have my furnace cleaned and they are good at reminding me of the appointments.

I had an energy audit done the day before and they came the next day to do the installation. I was impressed that they just didn't disconnect the old furnace, load it up on a dolly, take it out and plop the new furnace in. The old furnace was taken apart, piece by piece. I could see all of the pieces from the old furnace, so I could see where it was worn, rusty and burned out. They loaded it up and took it away and then they brought in the new furnace piece by piece. Then the provider rebuilt it right in the basement. The interaction was very good. I have a service contract with them so I am still using them.

They have been reliable over the period of time. The work is satisfactory. They are competitive. They are always here when they say they are.

They were the ones who installed this three years ago and I have always had good luck with them. They are reliable. The whole nine yards, come when they say they are coming and do the work, clean up after themselves. I have no problem with them at all.

They are trustworthy and do very good work. I have never had any problems with them over all these years and I would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time, spend about 8 hrs to get it done. They clean up everything before leaving. The overall experience was very good. I will definitely use their service in future.

They've been responsive with our phone calls and getting a technician to our property. However, we've had an on-going problem with the system they installed that they have been unable to fix. Some of the technicians are good and some aren't so good.

The man who came out and provided the estimate was very friendly and explained what needed to be done, which size A/C condenser coil should be chosen, etc. The man who ended up providing the service was a younger guy who was not particularly friendly/sort of gruff. That said, he did the job cleanly and efficiently without disturbing anything in my basement. The whole operation from start to finish was completed in less than a day.

Maybe best of all, the guy who came out and did the work was very careful to clean up *everything.* There wasn't a trace of duct clippings, caulk, tape... nada. That was really nice.

The price quoted me by Stovicek was competitive based on my research online (through asking other people around the country who do similar work). All in all I had an excellent experience with them and would recommend them highly to others.

I called three contractors for estimates. I called the service man who serviced our old furnace who always had a communication problem. He gave me a estimate over the phone of $4500.00. I'm very big on communication. He never called back. We decided on Stovicek. Craig was more interested in our business than the others. Money wise he wasn't that far off. $120.00. Appointment was made. Craig came out the same week. He called before and was on time. Communication between contractor and customer was good. He wasn't in any hurry to leave and answered all questions.
