Workers were excellent and performed their job accurately. Very personable.

A lot of things were missed - it was a sloppy job.

We had used them for the last 3-5 years. They could be a little more delicate in the cleaning and spend a little more time.

I have been using Cleaning Authority for several months and can't any longer. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and I just keep getting disappointed. I use them every 3 weeks. They have missed spots/larger areas, left major streaks on our furniture, broke misc. items throughout the house. They SOMETIMES would admit what they broke, but nothing was done to replace the items damaged.....nor was any money taken off of the services. Poor customer service. When I called to complain one time, they did come back out to re-clean the major streaks they left on my hardwood floors. I shouldn't have had to call them in the first place. It was quite obvious. I don't like that they rotate what areas they clean each time they come to the house. Since I use their services every 3 weeks (we don't have kids or pets), some places don't get touched for 6 weeks plus. I'm not aware of any other
cleaning services that doesn't clean the entire house all in one visit.

The Cleaning Authority has been great! Peter called me back promptly after my initial call, and came to visit the house to determine the cost for cleaning and to explain how the service works. They initially came and did two initial deep cleanings that focused on certain areas of the house and were a little more expensive. Now they come every other week and the rotate between certain areas of the house that receive extra attention. The cleaning teams, while different every time, are very professional and have always done an outstanding job. Every time I have made a special request, they have been responsive to my needs and taken care of it. Their price is also very reasonable. I am extremely happy with this service.

When the cleaners first arrived they would sit in their car in my driveway smoking. When they came in the house they smelled of cigarettes. After the first two cleanings I requested that the same individuals clean each time instead of a new crew each time. My request was ignored. In a team of 3 workers at least one was always pokey and slow and inattentive, despite the fact that they cleaned very quickly, frequently missed things and always damaged something. Some of the people did a good job cleaning but it wasn't worth the damage they caused. They nicked furniture by banging the vacuum, scratched floors by dragging chairs, and tore a chunk of wood out of an antique. When I called and left a message to cancel the service I advised of the damage. I never received a return call to follow up.

I have a fairly large house. They show up when they're supposed to. They get the work done and they do it properly. That's what I like about them.

They do rotational cleaning where they concentrate on different sections like baseboards, floors and the bathrooms different times. They come every two weeks and every time they come, they do a general cleaning and then a concentration on one particular area. We have used them for the last five years. They are punctual and they know what they are doing. They bring their supplies. We are very pleased with their service. It makes my wife happy.

The quality really varies depending on a number of factors. First, who they send. Some of their cleaners are better than others. Secondly, even the good cleaners have to cut corners when he puts them on a tight schedule. There are weeks when they go thru my house like they are on fire, cutting corners and not doing the best job. I have to say, if I request something, they do it but depending on who they send, I have to request things like cleaning soap dishes, or under the bed or the bottoms of the chairs where the cat hair collects. In short, I have to ask them to do obvious things; things that should clearly be included in any cleaning. The thing that keeps me coming back is that they are inexpensive. If they charged more, I would look elsewhere.

The crews were inconsistent; overlooked many areas to be cleaned; left rags; owner was unwilling to accept responsibility for his employees. Until i insisted on a regular crew, had different people every time.

The Cleaning Authority workers are very responsive and do what is expected of them. If I have a complaint they always quickly rectify it. I will definitely continue to use them.

I think that the ladies do a thorough job. All I need to do is ask them to do special, different jobs and either they tell me that they can or not. I like that they have a specific schedule for the routine cleaning.

I had to call them back several times; they have a high turn over rate, and the people are inexperience.

They are excellent! The cleaning crew I have goes above and beyond.

I left a previous report that you should ignore. They did do a great job on the first time out and horribly ever after until I fired them. Never saw Brittany and Nick again (who'd done the good job the first time.) In fact, never saw the same person twice. Second to last time they were here they forgot to vacuum! Maybe because they were on their cells the whole time. Manager came next day and redid the whole house. Inconvenient to say the least. Then I canceled the next cleaning by phone. Canceled cleaning originally scheduled between 1-2 pm and said on contract "customer at home" but they walked right in my house before noon when I ran a quick errand. They did not have permission. I had left the door unlocked. Manager did not even apologize when I called. Now I have 3 strangers that know I sometimes leave the door unlocked. Not anymore!

They did an ok job cleaning the house. I didn't like that it was $110 for the first 2 cleanings, I could see perhaps the first time but twice is a but much. I used them 4 times and a week after the last time they were here I noticed a bottle of prescription pain killers were missing that I used for a procedure I had done a couple of months ago. I can't explain why these would be missing and I looked all over the bathroom for them...although to be fair I can't prove that they were taken by my the cleaning people. When I called to cancel the service the man who answered the phone didn't seem to care that they might have a problem with someone on their staff - I guess at least I expected that they would ask for details. Like I said I don't want to go around accusing people but at the same time I was concerned enough to cancel this service and go through the trouble of finding someone else.

Since I don't have them clean on a regular basis, the price is a bit higher. They return phone calls immediately, are on time and get everything done quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone!

INITIALLY I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS CLEANING SERVICE, THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE ARE PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE, BUT NOW A YEAR LATER, THE QUALITY OF THE CLEANING JUST ISN'T THERE. RARELY ARE THE SAME 2 PEOPLE HERE TO CLEAN, THEY COME THE SAME DAY, BUT NEVER THE SAME TIME, EVERY 2 WEEKS. THEY HAVE NOT WORKED WELL WITH OUR DOG, A NEW ADDITION TO THE HOUSE. THINGS HAVEN'T BEEN DUSTED, TOILET BASES HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED, I'VE HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK AND FIX THINGS MORE THAN ONCE AND FINALLY JUST QUIT COMPLAINING. I AM CANCELING MY CONTRACT AFTER LAST CLEAN, NEXT WEEK.
