They are excellent.  I have used them several times in the past, and they are very well priced and very efficient.  They do everything they say they’ll do and sometimes more.  I would absolutely use them again in the future if I needed to.

Moishe and Pinney Adler have been maintaining our HVAC systems for 5 years. They have an old school common sense approach, always doing what's necessary but not pushing to do/charge extra. I believe they are honest. Mrs Adler answers the phone when we call. Overall they are punctual and reasonably priced. My parents used company to replace furnace in the past and had glowing remarks as well.

I will continue using their services in the future.

Great. Punctual and professional. Arrived on time and did the job quickly and succinctly.

Work was done for a relative--I was the trustee of the account that paid for the work. Had contact with owners prior to work. The company representative was very pleasant, knowlegeable, and easy to work with (on the basis of my phone conversation). Had done work for relative's parents in the past. Relative seemed to be happy with the experience.

Excelllent job!!! I am very happy with the end result. He also returned with the inspector from my city to issue a certificate that all was done well. I could not have asked for more.

I tried to use the central air conditioner for the first time for the house I bought, but the outside unit did not turn on although the basement blower was functioning. I called PHIL BROWN HEATING and AIR and Mr. Adler and his guy came to the house within hours. They opened the outside unit and found the problem immediately. Mr. Adler said the part seemed to be fine and did not need to be replaced. He also said the unit was still under warranty, so he did not charge me. Mr. Adler is the contractor I feel most comfortable working with among all the contractors I have ever hired. He is very nice, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them when I need service on the a/c or furnace.

Mr Brown arrived promptly and readily determined that the source of the noise was a bird who had somehow gotten into the vent and was fluttering wildly about. With my permission and agreement, he released it and made attempts to trap it. However, he wasn't able to snare the very frightened, wild creature and recommended I call the local animal warden. I intend to do so. He also removed a very dirty filter from my furnace. He spent approximately 35 minutes in my house and magnanimously declined to take payment for any of the services he provided. He is to be commended. I intend to call him later in the year to assess my cooling problems.

THEY WERE ON TIME, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL, DID NOT WASTE TIME IN PERFORMING THEIR SERVICE. REASONABLE PRICES AND VERY POLITE. THEY CLEANED THEIR SHOES BEFORE ENTERING THE HOME.

HE ACTUALLY WENT BACK TO THE COMPANY WHO MADE THE FURNACE AND GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE ENGINEERS AND FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM. IT'S NOW WORKING!

QUITE POLITE, PROMPT. COME AT SCHEDULED TIME. I THOUGHT I NEEDED A NEW HUMIDIFIER (FIRST ESTIMATE I RECEIVED TOLD ME THIS), BUT THIS PROVIDER FIXED IT FOR ABOUT 1/4TH PRICE. VERY HONEST.
