"Appointment was changed by Mr. Appliance, then he arrived much later than the time frame given. On arrival, repair person pushed buttons on panel numerous times.... something I had already tried. I told him in detail what I had experienced sofar & it didn't work. He took the baseboard panel off, looked underneath & "supposedly fixed" the problem. He said he wouldn't run a full cycle because it would take an hour. He then left. I proceeded to load a few dishes into the dishwasher and then tried to run is as usual. Well . . . NOTHING WORKED! He did NOT fix the problem! I called the company & was told it would be discussed with her boss & they would call me back. Never heard from them again & I stopped payment on my check."

"Paid home warranty deductible and repairman (Jeff - owner) did not do any repairs since the dishwasher wouldn’t leak when he was there. Note...this info was told to Jeff prior to arriving so he knew. He didn’t even look into checking any parts of the dishwasher even after I showed him where the dishwasher leaked. Just said call me if it happens again. Well, it happened again and he told me I had to go thru the home warranty again. Home warranty advised that Best Appliance wouldn’t come back. And no help from home warranty company either. I called another repair service who came and knew what was wrong instantly and replaced the part. I think Best Appliance takes your money and runs! Wouldn’t use them again. You should take the advice of other reviews and move onto another repair service."

"This company came and assured us they could fix our ice maker and took our service fee money. Then completely lost communication with us, we called and checked in about a month after no answer, then at the 2 month mark they sent a technician out with the WRONG PART blaming Samsung, we then waited another 6 months with calls back in forth, again always blaming Samsung and the part department. We went with another company that fixed out fridge. Don't waste your money they will take it and then not provide the service they promised."

"DON'T EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! The only reason I used A Plus Appliance and Plumbing was that he was the ONLY repairman used by my home warranty company in my area. BIG MISTAKE. I turned in a claim for my range and water heater. He is a scam artist. He insisted he had to take my range back to his shop before he had even inspected it. I now believe he does this so he has leverage. He holds your appliance hostage until he gets whatever money he wants. I told him I wanted a specific water heater. He said ok and even called me from Lowe's to help him pick out the exact one. After it was installed, I found he had installed a cheaper one from a different company. I guess he thought I wouldn't check! He insists on being paid in cash or he won't bring your appliance back! Whe I questioned the exhorbenant"
