This company came to fix my washing machine on June 1st, claimed it was fixed and that same night a new error code came up. I called and left a message as they were closed for the night. They called me back the next day and said they would order the part and call to schedule when they received it. By June 19th I still had not heard back from them so I call. They have had the part and just not called to schedule. At that point they scheduled the repair for June 22nd. The repairman arrives and a short time later claims he cannot fix the problem cause he can’t turn off water to the washing machine. Even though there was no issue with the water turn off prior to his arrival it is now broken. I called and spoke to their office and asked why he couldn’t turn off the water at the main, and they said he claimed we couldn’t tell him where it was, even though he never asked and we definitely know where it is. When I bring up the fact that the turn off at the washer was not broken until he came out to fix the washing machine the manager began to get very defensive and refused to do any further work for me ever, which would be fine if it weren’t for the fact that they didn’t even fix the problem they were there to fix or the additional problems they caused. Oh did I mention they left my basement floor covered with water. Do not use this company.

Excellent! I first had Sears out here (my appliance is a Kenmore) and they said there was a big problem, and tried to get me to buy a very expensive appliance plan. I had a feeling that was ridiculous; found Economic Appliance through Angie's List, and they determined that it was a minor issue, and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Fair, honest, and efficient.

OUTSTANDING! There had been a small fire inside the dryer at the control panel. I was afraid we would need to replace the entire unit. Casey arrived as promised with the correct replacement part. I have complete confidence in the repair. It's been a couple of weeks, and everything is working properly.

Replaced dryer knob with one for a function we don’t use, making it unnecessary to pay for a new part. He just charged us the minimum for a service call

He checked it all out. The tub in our nine year old front loading washing machine is warped, Sadly, it is more cost effective and makes more sense to buy a new machine. I appreciated his thoroughness and his honesty.

Excellent! They were able to locate parts and schedule the repair right away, on a day I was off work. I appreciated that very much. Mike was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The repair was done in a timely manner and everything is functioning as it should. Thank you!

Took a week to get in parts because they delayed ordering pàrts by a couple of days. Repair was done timely once the parts were in. Labor charges seemed excessive for the time it took.

All fixed - same day - great price - he walked in having the parts and didn't have to wait to order parts. Small mom & pop local company. Definitely would use again and recommend.

Dryer works great now. It took 2 visits for the definitive fix, but I really appreciate that the technician left a temporary fix in place on the 1st visit so we could still keep using the dryer while the part we needed arrived. He was professional, punctual, and effective.

From the very first phone call, they were professional, honest and considerate. The first visit was essentially an assessment as they had to order the part. When they came for the repair visit, they brought a wrong part their supplier had sent them. The third visit went very smoothly and they were able to finish the job. Each time, the repairmen were prompt, polite, friendly, honest. I would definitely hire them again.

Friendly & professional team. I only had the freon taken out of a fridge, but they were done quickly and straightened everything out. And cost was very reasonable. Thanks!

The repairman showed up on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem. The only reason there's a "C" in some grades is the $69 fee to come to my house and replace a simple $15 part does not set this company apart from the competition.

It went great! Jake really understood how the refrigerator worked, not just how to look up replacement parts by number. He retrofitted a modern starter and overheat unit onto the antique compressor and all is still working great now, a full month after the repair was performed. I really appreciated his experience and knowledge and would go to him and his company first the next time I need my refrigerator repaired

I got ripped off for $75! They came out and agreed with me the clock didn't work. Charged me a service fee of $75. Did not attempt to open or repair the stove clock. Told me they would check for a part for it. The next day I was told the part was unavailable but they could have it rebuilt for $290. I refused such a ridiculous amount for a clock repair. I could practically buy a new stove for this amount. I asked them to discount or waive the cost by refunding my credit card charge. The company refused to do anything to make this right. So, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Ohio because they should not be allowed to continue to "rob" people by charging for a service call where they did absolutely nothing in preparations before they came and nothing while at my home, except collect a payment for services "not rendered." I'm shocked and very disappointed! They do not care about their customers satisfaction at all. It's all about "getting" that service fee from customers instead of serving the customers. To any future customers: If you choose to use this company, make sure you ask plenty of questions about what they can/will do for your appliance concerning the age and availability of parts BEFORE they come to your home. Otherwise, you will be paying them to do nothing also.

I called them 7/25. They came out the next day. They arrived within the time frame I'd been given. They checked a few things and said a power outage had caused a sensor to "flip" and all that was needed was for the freezer to be "reset" by unplugging it, waiting, and plugging it back in. I thought this was odd because a power outage had NEVER caused this to happen before and the one we'd experienced a few days earlier was one of those quick on-off things that just mess up your digital clocks. And, when I noted that the "Hi Temp" light was still on, they said it would take awhile for the freezer to cool down enough for that light to go out. It COULD take as long as 24 hours. Two days later, when the LED was still lit and things in the freezer were starting to feel "soft", I called again. They could not come back out until the next day. I gave up and bought a new freezer. Had they REALLY located and fixed the problem the first time around, I would have been able to save all (or at least MOST) of the items in the freezer. With the delay, I'll have to toss almost everything. I had no problem with the $75 service charge for basically just plugging in my freezer when I thought that solved my problem. Now, of course, I feel it was just wasted.

The first tech that came was quiet and seemed to be doing a decent job. He said that the hall sensor was bad and the part would need to be ordered (December 22). They called on December 28th and said that it wouldn't be in until the first of the year. When I explained that we needed a time after 4:30 they suddenly were able to go and pick up the part that day. The same tech came and replaced the hall sensor. He then fiddled with the controls and got it to somewhat work on quick wash. My husband tried to start a load as he was leaving. The washer wouldn't start so I attempted to chase him down the street and even call the number he used to reach us. He did not stop or answer. I then called the company and the owner came out the next day(December 29). He called Samsung and was walked through steps to trouble shoot since they have just started working on them. He said it was an issue in the control panel. He tried calling two places to get one and didn't have any luck. He was going to call us the next day when he found one (December 30). At 4:30 we still hadn't received a call. When I called the company they told me they had ordered the part but weren't sure when it would be in. On December 31st my husband called asking about the part and why we had not been contacted. We were told the part would be in sometime next week but couldn't be given a time of installment and the question of why we were not contacted was avoided.
They are crediting us for the hall sensor since that was not the issue. However, this has been a very bad experience. It is hard to say that they are not punctual because they give a 5 hour time window of when they will be there if even that. Two of the days we sat around the house waiting for the awaited "we are coming call" and it didn't come until 2:30 at the earliest. Since it was Christmas break we didn't have to miss work, but we did miss fun outing time with our family.
Update:
January 23rd a 3rd tech came out with the part that was supposed to fix the washer. It was not the correct part. The tech seemed frustrated with the previous work that was done. He said that the first tech even ordered more than what was needed for the hall sensor. On January 30th, the part came in and this one worked.
While the service techs were nice enough they are definitely not knowledgeable in Samsung washers. We are still waiting on the credit that the owner said we should receive.
