Prompt response to schedule service. Service call price is less than other appliance repair companies, One price quoted for the job, not by the hour. Most of the cost was for the part.

Our refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday night.  We called several providers on Sunday but couldn't find anyone who could come out till Monday.  The service man discovered what the problem was fairly quickly.  The main control board had to be replaced.  He had to get the part and returned later that day to replace it.

Dishwasher quit working, control panel issue.  Mike diagnosed problem and ordered the part (deposit made for work/part).  Immediately after he left our washing machine began to act up so I phoned and asked if he would have the time on his return trip (to install control panel) to look at the washing machine.  He said he would have the time and stated that there would be a charge for looking at another appliance.  The charge was fair and understandable, I agreed.  On given day Mike arrived and quickly installed new control panel.  He listened to the washing machine, suggested something I might do, and charged me nothing for that issue charging me only for the work on the dishwasher.

The oven did not heat on a Thursday evening, and I smelled gas.  My husband was able to shut off the gas.  He contacted AERO Appliance Service.  This company uses a call service rather than voice mail.  The service led my husband to believe we would get a call back that evening, which didn't happen.  Instead he got a call back first thing Friday morning, and was able to secure an appointment to have the stove looked at that day.  Mike, the service man, said there were two jobs ahead of us and he would be at our house when he finished with those.  He arrived about noon.   We were very glad to find someone who could help us so promptly.

Mike was not especially personable, but got the job done.  He had the part on his truck, so no return visit was necessary. My husband was impressed with how Mike was able to maneuver in a very small area to hook up the new part.

Because we were in a hurry, we did not get other estimates.  I don't know if this could've been done for less expense or not.  The total bill seems like a lot.  Part:  $94.95, Service Call:  $49.95, Labor $75.00.  With tax it was $236.39.  Maybe this is what it costs these days.  This range is 7 1/2 years old, and I think cost in the realm of $600, so it seems disproportionately high for one part.  When my husband asked Mike if this was something that happened often, Mike replied that he had the part on the truck, so we'll take that as a yes.

Came home Saturday night and heard a loud hummIng noise coming from the refrigerator. Noticed fan was not working, so unplugged refrigerator. My Hotpoint refrig is 17 yrs old but has never needed repair and I love all the shelf space so I decided to get it repaired vs buying a new one. Called Aero Monday morning and was able to get an afternoon appointment. He confirmed it was the fan. Had a replacement part with him. He also vacuumed out the back around compressor and fan, and cleaned condenser coils. Refrigerator has been running great for the past month. Very pleased with service.

They came out fixed it and also gave good advice to keep it in good shape. It was last year some time but the cost was reasonable and the service as expected. No complaints.

We have used their service in the past and would continue to use them. We have been happy with all the work they have done.  This service was once again good, but the price seemed high for what they did.

Very professional. I was even told fixing the ice maker might be a waste since the refrigerator was getting too old. But I had him fix regardless since the unit was leaking & could damage the entire fridge.

Caught Michael as he was preparing to leave for a short trip. He quickly came over to our house and immediately found the cause. He replaced the heating element which had burned out due to the dryer vent being plugged with lint. He replaced the vent and cleaned out the dryer in under an hour. Very pleased with the job done.
