Appointment was changed by Mr. Appliance, then he arrived much later than the time frame given. On arrival, repair person pushed buttons on panel numerous times.... something I had already tried. I told him in detail what I had experienced sofar & it didn't work. He took the baseboard panel off, looked underneath & "supposedly fixed" the problem. He said he wouldn't run a full cycle because it would take an hour. He then left. I proceeded to load a few dishes into the dishwasher and then tried to run is as usual. Well . . . NOTHING WORKED! He did NOT fix the problem! I called the company & was told it would be discussed with her boss & they would call me back. Never heard from them again & I stopped payment on my check.
