This company came and assured us they could fix our ice maker and took our service fee money. Then completely lost communication with us, we called and checked in about a month after no answer, then at the 2 month mark they sent a technician out with the WRONG PART blaming Samsung, we then waited another 6 months with calls back in forth, again always blaming Samsung and the part department. We went with another company that fixed out fridge. Don't waste your money they will take it and then not provide the service they promised.

Tech came, diagnosed problem, (August)charged $64.00 service call, said he ordered parts, claimed parts broken from Samsung. Called Samsung, this outfit not a Samsung authorized company. Mike does not return calls. (Late October) Had to call another company, another service call charge($84).

Mike the tech was very professional, prices were great, he took his time, and my unit was repaired. I have had several persons out to my home to do service for me over the years but i must say this was far best the greatest service i have ever had he truly knows what he is doing and will be doing all of my services!

Mike was my service techs name. Mike was friendy.l, punctual and fast. Even just had general conversation with him while he worked.
