Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with solving a problem ever. Jason called me within minutes after I contacted Angi List. Came over same day and diagnosed the problem. Gave us what we felt was an extremely fair quote to repair a 20 year old washer. We called and told him we accept and asked when he could repair it. And when he said tomorrow, I was shocked as he got the parts, showed up when he said, repaired it and was gone. Most importantly, he was extremely conscientious, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate. Best experience I have ever had being serviced.

Jason, the owner, got right back to me after I requested a quote. He showed up when he said he would, after calling to confirm he was on his way. He was very polite and nice, even vacuumed the inside of the dryer while he had it apart.

We needed both our washer and dryer fixed. Washer was leaking and dryer was making a bad knocking sound. Called him and left message. He asked me to send pic of machines info, which I did. Didn't hear back for 5 days so I texted again. Made appt for service. He came over, diagnosed the issues, and had to go get parts. Came back and replaced the drum on the dryer but couldn't find the hose to repair the leak on the washer and promised to get it the following week. I paid for both repairs fully expecting him to come back. This was Sept 29th. Still hadn't heard from him by Oct 9th so texted him again. Texted again Oct 14th, received response that he'd call me. No call. Texted again Oct 22nd. He claimed he lost my number and made appt to fix washer. Never showed up and no response since. Crook!

I became a homeowner four years ago, and last year during the winter, I simultaneously began to have issues with my furnace and electrical system. Jason did not only resolve the multiple furnace issues, he assisted in resolving the underlying electrical issue. After receiving a total of four inspections, and quotes from four different electricians, and spending a significant amount of money with an electrician; the matter was still unresolved. Jason, utilize his expertise and and helped me research the matter. The electrical issue was determine to be, a damaged underground negative electrical wire. AEP resolved the issue, in one day and at no cost. Jason is not only a true professional, he is honest, straightforward, and he offers reasonable rates. Jason was very knowledgeable and fixed our ice maker. He was easy to communicate with and fixed the ice maker quickly and professionally.

Got an error code and dishwasher quit running. Jason said the code was about water not getting purged during the wash. He wet/dried the water out and said it was probably good. He pointed out the plastic base feet were stripped I needed to order them on Amazon (2 plus 1 extra) if he needed to come back. He said he’d give me a 30 warranty. I wrote him a check to Jason Edwards. After him leaving I found it was still not working. I texted him and he told me to order the legs. I let him know I got them and needed to schedule for a fix. He would not communicate to come back out. He promised me once he’d call me the following day ( a week ago) and that never happened.

Jason was wonderful to work with. We had three different appliance issues and he addressed and resolved each one. Very knowledgeable and professional with obvious expertise. Also very nice personality and easy to work with. Will use again!

Jason Edwards does not disappoint, after first going with another repair company whom we were dissatisfied , we contacted Jason who fixed our washer and was reasonably priced.

Reasonable, responsive and got the job done! I had a last minute washer issue that he was able to respond quickly too, and resolve the issue despite it being a tricky issue. His pricing was very fair and very competitive with other large companies. I appreciated working with Jason and wouldn’t hesitate to call him back, or refer to someone else.

Great service and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful

I was overwhelmed with the service provided by Jason Edwards. On March 3, 2023, at around 3:30 I requested two quotes from Angi to repair my refrigerator. The freezer worked, but the refrigerator part did not. Within 10 minutes of having submitted the request for quotes, I received a call from Jason Edwards. He said he had another stop before seeing me, but he came to my house around 4:30 and had identified the problem by 5:00. The computer board was faulty. He called around to find a replacement and located one in town. He left to get the board and came back around 5:30. He had the board replaced and the refrigerator working by 6:00. He was thoroughly professor, polite, and efficient. He even wore a Covid mask while working in out house. I would definitely hire him again for any appliance repair. What a good guy!

I called Edward's to repair a broken belt on our electric dryer as well as clean out the filter on our washing machine. I think his service was excellent. Mr. Edwards came out the same day I called and completed the repair the same day. Mr. Edwards was very polite and respective of our home. The price was reasonable. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of an appliance repair.

Compliments to Jason Edwards for sticking with this repair project over the Christmas/New Years holidays. 1st visit - determined that the control circuit board had failed. Visual inspection of the rest of the washer didn't pick up any other component issues. Provided cost/time estimates based on likelihood of additional failed components. Having recently done some comparison shopping, decided to have our washer repaired rather than replace it. Control board ordered. 2nd visit - control board replaced. This lead to finding failed water pump motor, and the probable cause of the failed control board. Water pump/motor ordered. 3rd visit - water pump/motor replaced along with water diverter valve. Washer now functioning properly. Appreciated Jason keeping us advised of repair parts order status and repair progress via text messages, and being responsive to our questions.

He was prompt, on time, he went right to his work and he did a fine job. He has good personality ,he didn't talk much but he he did right on his work .

Jason called back shortly after I left a message that I needed assistance with my dryer. He was here quickly after that and completed the job in no time.
