+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED ON TIME AND QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITH THE RANGE AND DISHWASHER. THE RETURN VISIT TO REPAIR THE APPLIANCES WAS FINE. A PORTION OF THE COST OF THE FIRST SERVICE CALL WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE SECOND SERVICE CALL.
Description of Work: APPLIANCE DOCTOR MADE TWO SERVICE CALLS TO OUR HOME IN GRANVILLE OHIO. ON THE FIRST VISIT THEY IDENTIFIED THE PARTS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED TO FIX A BUILD-IN DISHWASHER (WHIRLPOOL) AND A RANGE (CALORIC) AND ORDERED THE PARTS. ONCE THE PARTS ARRIVED, THEY CALLED ME TO MAKE A SECOND APPOINTMENT TO INSTALL THE PARTS. THE APPLIANCES WERE THEN REPAIRED ON THIS SECOND VISIT.
